1. Provision of Website

Each time content is accessed on our website, data that might allow identification of the accessing person is temporarily stored. The following data can be collected:

We do not provide your data to any third party. Our website is hosted by an external service provider located in the EU. If the service provider processes personal data on our behalf, we have concluded a data processing agreement with them in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
c) Storage Period
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. With regard to the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session ends. Log files are only accessible to the responsible administrators and are deleted after seven days at the latest.
2. Online Appointment Bookings
a) Processed Data, Purpose of Use, and Legal Basis
On our website, you have the opportunity to arrange appointments with certain contacts from our team. We process the personal data you provide, such as your name and personal email address, solely for organizing of an initial contact. This processing purpose is in our legitimate interest (Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). If processing is necessary for fulfilling a contract with you or for pre-contractual measures, we also carry out this based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
b) Recipients of the Data
For the purposes mentioned above, we use external service providers (zeeg and HubSpot) that process data on our behalf as part of their services. We conclude data processing agreements with these service providers in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
c) Storage Period
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of its collection, or after the expiration of any additional statutory retention and documentation periods (e.g., from commercial codes or tax laws). Furthermore, in case that an appointment takes place, we are entitled to store the data mentioned above for the performance of our obligations and enforcement of our rights in connection with the performance or planning of any consultancy service.
3. Google Analytics
a) Processed Data, Purpose of Use, and Legal Basis
With your consent, we use the web analytics service Google Analytics on our website. Google Analytics processes the following data from you:
- IP address of your computer
- Location data
- Browser type/version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
- Time of server request
We use the analyses created with this data to optimize our online offering and enhance its reach. That means Google can access and analyse the data described above on our behalf but also for own purposes, in particular to better understand online behaviour and trends and improve their products and services. It is possible that Google will combine the analytic data with other data. If you have consented to Google Analytics, the legal basis for processing personal data by Google is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. The rights and obligations between us and Google with regard to this processing activities are laid down in a corresponding Co-Controller Agreement subject to Article 26 GDPR provided by Google.
c) Storage Period
The default data retention period set by Google is 14 months. Moreover, personal data is retained as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the processing purpose. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for achieving the purpose.
d) Objection
You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the link “Cookie Settings” found in the bottom footer on any page. This will reset your choice and allow you to either Accept or Decline the use of Google cookies.
